Few people are aware of the fact that Baja California is actually the oldest wine-producing region in the Americas. Jubileo has carefully chosen small lots of special grapes that come from some of the most unique vineyards in the world. Much of Baja's vineyards are farmed without irrigation. What water there is comes from the rain that falls in the winter and early spring. Many of the vineyards are also old-vine, some dating as much as 60-70 years old.
